Capt ILIAS STEFANATOS MSc
Founder and Principal
Capt. Ilias Stefanatos is the Founder and Principal Consultant of HCA, bringing over 22 years of international experience across the cruise, maritime, and hospitality sectors. A Master Mariner and certified lead auditor in quality, safety, and environmental systems, he has commanded vessels for major cruise lines and led complex development projects in Greece, Saudi Arabia, India, Costa Rica, and Australia.
His leadership combines the precision of maritime operations with the refinement of hospitality service. Through HCA, Capt. Stefanatos advises ports, cruise operators, and tourism authorities on how to achieve operational integrity, sustainability, and guest excellence. His work reflects a consistent goal, to help organizations navigate challenges with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact.
